Middle and High School Parents:
All Middle and High School students are given the opportunity to take their devices home. In order for this to occur, their parent/guardian must view a short video on proper care of the device and sign a Student Device Loan & Use Agreement. New for this school year, parents and guardians can view the video online and, if a printer is available, print and sign the Student Device Loan & Use Agreement. (Parents/Guardians can also request a form from their school). The online course can be found HERE. Schools will also schedule opportunities for parents and guardians to view the video and receive the Student Device Loan & Use Agreement during events such as back to school meetings.
In order to access the online opportunity, click HERE . You will be asked to register (this includes your first name, last name and email address). You will have access to the Middle and High School Device Loan and Use Presentation. The video is 10 min long. Once you have completed the course, either send in your completed Student Device Loan & Use Agreement or request that one be sent home to you. Your student can then begin to bring their device home!
The tentative schedule for each grade level to be issued their devices is listed below. Please make sure your child returns the signed student contract prior to the dates listed for their grade level to ensure they are issued a device on the designated day. All signed contracts should be returned to your child's HR teacher during the first week of school.
