BCPS Inclement Weather Virtual Learning Days
As of February 7, 2025, BCPS has used all three traditional inclement weather days for the 2024-2025 school year.  For any future inclement weather days, BCPS will transition to synchronous virtual learning and will operate on a 2-hour delay schedule for students. Students will follow the schedule below and attend their A or B day classes through Google Meet. Advisory classes will not be held on virtual days.

1st Period (10:20 - 11:20)

2nd Period (11:20 - 12:20)

Lunch (12:20 - 1:00)

3rd Period (1:00 - 2:00)

4th Period (2:00 - 3:05)

To access synchronous classes students will log on to Google Meet using the codes AMS(Teacher’s Last Name), Example: AMSMurray, AMSWilson, AMSGast. A complete list of AMS Teacher Google Meet Codes can be found by clicking on the link.  Class materials and assignments will be accessible through Schoology. Each teacher will have a Schoology folder labeled SNOW DAY 2025 housing all materials for class. To ensure students are aware of how to access classes and materials prior to the next inclement weather day, procedures will be reviewed with students during Advisory.



Bell Schedule

Bus Stop Information - To access student transportation information under a parent/guardian sign-on in FOCUS, users should select “Child Info” under the student’s name on left side of the FOCUS window. Once “Child Info” is selected, users should select, “Transportation.”  Within “Transportation,” users will see the Bus Number, Bus Route Name, Stop Description, and Stop Time for both the morning (AM) and afternoon (PM) trips. Please email [email protected] or call 443-809-4321 with questions or concerns regarding school bus service.  Parents can check for daily bus information and delays on the BCPS Bus Information Website.
